The only time I got through to the phone with my solicitor was when I was deciding whether to use withy king, ever since the proper paper to appoint them was signed, I was never able to get through to my solicitor on the phone again. They never send me emails giving instructions about what to do. Definitely lack of communication with me, and with vendor's solicitor. In the end I had to jump in and use the estate agent to contact vendor directly. Promised manuscript amendment which I'm still waiting for after completion (tbh I don't think I'll ever get it).
