I used this company to claim for a hand injury incident on Monarch Airlines. I duly signed the no win no fee forms to give them 25% of the compensation paid by Monarch. BUT out of the £2500 paid by Monarch, they TOOK £1500 out for their fees, quoting their terms and conditions.
