Optima Legal are horrendous. I saw the light go out of my solicitors eyes when she saw they were working on behalf of the seller of the house I’m trying to buy.

Totally unprofessional, can’t get an answer from them and when you do they are clueless.

We have been ready to complete for 2 weeks at their demand that we were ready yet they are dragging their heels. Then have gone back on parts of the contract that they agreed to. Delay after delay.

Good luck to anyone who is starting their mortgage process dealing with this company. If a rating of zero was available that’s what I’d have given.
