It has been a absolute nightmare dealing with optima legal. What should have been a simple re-mortgage took well over 2 months, there is no communication I received no response via email I had to ring if I ever wanted to speak to anyone which was a waste of time as they would never be able to help or would say someone will get back to me which never happened. Loss of paperwork I Sent and not even opening emails containing important information also added to the long delays.
Please avoid using this company
