Not helpful, times scales and dead lines a joke, do not keep you informed, you have to do all the chasing both to them, the banks other 3rd parties which is what you pay them for but the icing on the cake was after a very stressful house purchase they decided 3 months later they " forgot to charge me the indemnity insurance " so want me too pay now !!!! Total incompetence!!! So far have sent 2 letters both with different amounts on saying what I iwe them and if I don't pay the will proceed with CXJ's etc !!!

I wouldn't even rate them a 1
