I paid this company over £2000 to update my will, complete Lasting Power of Attorney and estate planning . Before I had a chance to sign the documents I received a letter to say they have gone into voluntary liquidation. Having looked on companies house I can see that the same director does this regularly. Dissolving one company then starting another up with a slightly different name. I score one star because it wont let me score zero.

Our Estate Planning Presenter was amazing. Having never written a will before both myself and my husband were a little lost. Everything was explained clearly so that we could understand and I was able to split my will in a way that I never thought possible. Defiantly worth the money for the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to change things as many times as we needed until it was exactly to our satisfaction. Communication was good and we were kept up to date regularly.

He was very helpful, pleasant and professional. He explained everything succinctly in real terms that were easy to understand. Would definitely recommend him. The product is good as there are many pitfalls which we weren't aware of that can be avoided by using this service. To use a do it yourself will kit is false economy.
