Our Estate Planning Presenter was amazing. Having never written a will before both myself and my husband were a little lost. Everything was explained clearly so that we could understand and I was able to split my will in a way that I never thought possible. Defiantly worth the money for the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to change things as many times as we needed until it was exactly to our satisfaction. Communication was good and we were kept up to date regularly.

He was very helpful, pleasant and professional. He explained everything succinctly in real terms that were easy to understand. Would definitely recommend him. The product is good as there are many pitfalls which we weren't aware of that can be avoided by using this service. To use a do it yourself will kit is false economy.

Since my initial dealing with Fielding Triggs in 2014 I have reviewed my affairs on two occasions and although the service provided has been good in the past I must say that their estate planning presenter on this occasion provided a first class service. The estate planning presenter obviously asked the standard and expected questions to obtain the necessary information to create our wills but he also raised points and asked questions of us that had not been considered previously which ensured that matters we had not previously covered were now included in our will. From the outset we knew the cost of the making of the will including estate planning. The estate planning presenter, from now on referred to as 'he/him', was professional and crystal clear throughout the process. He was patient and at all times helpful in explaining some of the more complicated choices and their outcomes in a simple and understandable way. Making a will, or a new one, can be a forbidding exercise. It was a relief to have an estate planner who was understanding of our concerns and was obviously well-informed as he spelled out the choices for us in a jargon free way. We had some tough decisions to make and he listened patiently as we worked through them. He was also patient as we made corrections to several of the drafts of the wills and expressions of wishes. We learned a lot about his personal experiences, which put us at ease and which in the main was also helpfully informative. We have already recommended him to some of our family and friends. It was a thoroughly useful and pleasant experience with him.

My ex-wife and I recently divorced amicably, and we needed to update our wills and more importantly to get our estates in order for our children. As we were also having to remortgage the family home we chose a complete package of mortgage broker and estate planner. we were initially contacted by the estate planning presenter and he made arrangements to come and visit us to take all of our details and discuss how we could best plan for the future. We talked about wills, trusts, powers of attorney and everything necessary to ensure our children would benefit most in the event of one or both of us dying. Absolutely every eventuality was covered and the estate planning presenter was very patient and explained all aspects very thoroughly. After the visit he very speedily sent us drafts of all of the documents we would need to sign. We made a few minor adjustments and were happy with the package of documents. The estate planning presenter then revisited us at home to carry out the signing and witnessing which went extremely smoothly. Whilst remortgaging we decided to get our Wills drawn up as had previously started the process but not completed them with a different company. an agent took on our case and very professionally and thoroughly took us through everything and after 2 home visits the Wills were witnessed and done. Such a peace of mind now knowing we have our children's inheritance sorted and we won't have to worry about this in later life. We had been introduced to the representative by our financial advisor to help with our Will planning. He was very methodical which we appreciated, we had quite a few questions along the way as my partner and I also run our own medium sized business, so it wasn't only our kids we needed to protect but also the well being of our staff if anything goes wrong. He put us at ease being of a similar sort of age group and spoke with mature experience instead of experience learnt from teachers or training manuals from some younger folk who try to do this job. We tried this once before with another company and it didn't work for either of us. I believe to get this job right you have to have both life experience and life knowledge good and bad and most importantly professional empathy of people's situations. When we speak about the ease of the process with him to other people we know its very genuine. Planning for the end isn't a great thing to do and we had avoided it for too long as many people do before its too late. Its now done and I have to state its a great weight off our shoulders to have the correct legal documentation in place.
