My son was involved in a bus accident and I looked around for a solicitor to be able to make a claim. I chose Express Solicitors and a person there represented us. I worked with him and he was nothing but amazing. I know claims take time and can be exhausting, but he kept in touch with us every step of the way and he was always ready to answer and explain any concerns we had. We got our settlement in the end and glad he was on our side! Thanks.

Lost documents, un checked statements. 1st solicitor vanished, 1st barrister vanished. Then new barrister tried to talk me into walking away half way through court. Lost case due to poor service and will be taking this to legal ombudsman. They had over 3 years to prepare for this and the defence solicitor just picked my case to pieces as it was put together with no care and professionalism. Would highly recommend you stay away from this firm. 

Despite the reviews praising the company (I wouldn't be surprised if they were fake), here's what actually happened in my experience: 1. I called a personal injury helpline, not really expecting to be able to make a claim, but simply wanting to find out if I would be able to. 2. The helpline was not actually a solicitors' firm, but was used by Express Solicitors to get clients. 3. I was contacted by Express Solicitors, was told I could make a claim, and was pressured into making a verbal contract over the phone. I have a mental health condition and do not function well when asked to make a snap decision. I get very anxious and just agree almost automatically. I wasn't asked about any disability (such as a mental health condition) that I have besides the recent injury. I was illegally told that I couldn't cancel (in reality, there is a legal 14-day cooling off period which solicitors legally have to tell you about - but there is an exception so never invite them around to your house (which I didn't), until you've had time to think and make a decision away from them). I had to make a decision over the phone. 4. I was then asked to jump through all sorts of hoops, and the firm didn't even bother to get my name correct despite it being in the signature line of every e-mail (I adjust the line depending who I'm e-mailing, but it always gives my first name and surname). 5. Because of the way they handled getting me to agree to the case on the spot, the illegal avoidance of mentioning the 14-day cooling off period (clearly intended to avoid allowing people to exercise their legal rights) and illegally telling me that I couldn't cancel, and the firm's inability to get my name correct (despite the fact that I made it clear what my first name was), I could see they were unprofessional. 6. As a result, I cancelled my contract via e-mail (I hadn't signed half the stuff they sent me anyway as it wasn't in my name). This counts as cancelling in writing. 7. They continued to hound me, interfering with my ability to focus on my university studies. 8. Despite the clear cancellation, they began acting against the defendant WITHOUT my permission. I'm not sure that's legal, and may make a complaint to the relevant regulatory bodies. Because of their actions, it may now be difficult to get a local solicitor to take on the case, because one has already begun (without my consent). I am now very stressed and anxious. It was bad enough having an injury, I didn't need the extra anxiety and stress. On the bright side, my injury seems to be slowly healing.

Awful lying company who will take on any case as a no win no fee just so they can screw you for fees later on when they drop the case. Avoid these at all costs. Have reported to their governing body.

This company back you into a corner blackmail you so they get there way,leave you financially out of pocket,haven't got the clients best interest at heart and are unprofessional, unreliable, untrustworthy they lack communication skills and lack cutting and edge and common sense to be classed as solicitors. This firm is very poor and inaccurate from what one solicitor says to another and they contradict themselves. I've done all the chasing of medical records i also had to instruct a solicitor to make a call to the defendants as i was told from my solicitor we keep on sending emails and letters but get no response. It doesn't take a genius to work out if they haven't responded after several weeks then pick up the phone! also i kept on questioning the ATE insurance and was told on the phone its a must its the law we don't set this out. so i said do i need to click on the except button for the £200 fee ... and was told yes and that £200 will come out of your compensation at the end. now there asking for £2120. i sacked this firm and have taken on another solicitor but its still in the process of changing hands. as express solicitors are trying to force my new solicitor to undertake all costs. im st the stage of complaining to the man who also works for same firm to no avail as he has only pulled out the 2 telephone conversations that suit his firm. i have made a formal complaint to the ombudsman and im awaiting a final decision in writing from express solicitors to rectify the poor services and inaccurate information that they keep passing on to me.with the ATE Insurance they will try and fob you off saying its so little but at the end of every stage it goes up and you will be left with no compensation if any. i got a call from express solicitors in front of my new solicitor saying its express solicitors company policy that every one has to take out the ATE Insurance but yet in there emails is says clearly you have an option. Its bad enough getting bad service but even when the man in charge of complaints laughs at your in a patronizing way makes matters worse. There is many more things to write but you been warned about this company. be very careful if you go into a contract with them.

Very happy with the team dealing with my case. Extremely happy with the advice, knowledge and professional standards right from the start. I was listened to and all processes were explained clearly. I received all paperwork on time and with plenty of guidance so I knew what was going on at all times. I am definitely happy with the amount I've received. My only criticism is about the investigator who came and took photos of the wrong road. Luckily I had taken photos myself at the time of the accident as the Council fixed the road soon after my claim.

To begin with the service was good and I felt looked after but as the time went by I felt that I was the one constantly emailing the company to find out what was happening . I would have appreciated an occasional email stating where we were up to and when I would next be likely to hear from them. I also think that as a client it was not professional to be refereed to as Fiona'.

Thought the company worked with me as an individual. My solicitor understood that I had little access to my mobile due to the nature of my job working in a school, so she would text me if she wanted to talk to me about the case. Emails were sent just the same way. Easy explanations to things I didn't understand. Couldn't have asked for better. Saturday phone appointments would be useful however.

They keep asking you to make a lower offer. They mislead you into accepting a silly low offer, they only look after themselves. I will be taking this much further. Disgusted with Express Solicitors.

I'm very happy about Express Solicitors. They have a very kind staff. We've sorted out more than I expected to get at the beginning of the case. It lasted for over a year but was worth of it. They're definitely worth of my recomendation.

While at a work party I slipped on glass that had failed to be cleaned or even identified by staff I fractured my wrist putting me out of work for around two months and also had an impact on grades in university, I contacted express solicitors to see if they could help me get compensation as a way to get back some of the earnings lost.
