“Communication is key”

I would like to thank all at express solicitors for there assistance in my case, they have always been friendly, helpful and the communication is second to none.
If I leave a message they call back, if I email my phone rings by 9 am the next morning and the emails have always been answered.

The only thing I have found difficult to get me head around was the fees, every now and then I have a letter with the tires of fees dependant on the solicitor running your case, but it was unable to establish what level my solicitor was and how much it was going to cost.

I have noted your comments with reference to the fee updates that we provide. It is a requirement of the Solicitors Regulatory Authority that we provide these comprehensive updates to keep you fully informed as to the funding of your case at regular intervals. I have taken on board your feedback though and will have a good look at those letters to see if we can make them any more user friendly.
