Found DirectLaw4U online a couple weeks ago, was looking for a simple will as I getting to the age where it should concern me. Rang them up and spoke to a lovely woman on the phone who took my number and got someone to call me back. Sorted a home consultation so that my will would be "tailored to me" they said. Was with the consultant for just under an hour a he explained everything to me and got my info. Paid there and then, all sorted. No more worrying for me! Highly recommend as everyone was nice and friendly to me.

Had a will done with my mother and can say we are now happy in knowing that we wont be causing any problems once we pass. The salesman was friendly and let me sign all documents there and then. Thanks directlaw

Coming up to a year ago my mother paid thousands to add my sister and I to the house deeds, they kept sending forms out which we filled in, then they would send a new copy of forms to be filked in, they kept sending the same forms back again and again, saying that they needed re signing, or out of date. Getting fed up rang a few times told they were sorry but they were really short of staff and we were in apile and when they get round to it they were out of date. A couple of months ago I phoned to be reassured that everything was at last filled in and they were all going to be sent off. Today I recived yet another form to fill in again because it doesnot appear to be in the file, eventhough it was sent registered post and they said they had it a couple of months ago. Phoned again today, told the person I wanted was on the phone, asked to speak to her manager, told she was unavailable, so asked to speak to first person to be told she may not answer as she may have gone home, she would not be in tomorrow, the manager I was told would ve in at 10.30ish if she came in.THESE PEOLPE ARE VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEYBUT DO NOT DELIVER. I contacted directlaw 4u as I heard good things from a friend of mine who got a Will. I didn't need a will but I had read on their website that the government is recommending that everyone with a bank account has a lasting power of attorney to that someone can control your finances if you are unable to. From start to finish they were very professional, someone came to my home and discussed what I would be getting for my money.
