I was very pleased with the service I received from the deed poll office, the documents came very quickly. I wanted to make an amendment , which was done quickly and easily done over the phone and only cost £5! I had expected to have to apply for the deed poll all over again, and pay the full price so I am very happy with this service. The information enclosed as to whom to contact and so on were very clear and easy to follow.
