Brita Water Filter

I love my new Brita Water Filter - easy to use, water tastes great!

My Brita Water Filter was bloody awful to set up. Mine broke down within 24 Hrs. Don't find it easy to use and so although it looks nice, the bad things overshadow it so don't buy one!!!

Overall I just like it, I used to buy water at the store and got sick of running out so decided to try it out, it is my new best friend.

We had a Brita refrigerator style jug for about 10 years. I loved it. At one point, I banged the jug and broke the upper chamber - it still worked fine but there was a crack around the upper edge. When I asked Brita customer service about it, they sent, no questions asked, a replacement part.

I had the Brita Water Filter water cooler (model RK2001w) for just two days. After setup and plugging in, the water kept boiling over and leaked to inside of the cooler and on the floor.I believe that the thermostatic malfunctioned. It did not stop heating when it should.

I will send it back. I am not sure if I will get the same model. It just scared me :(

it looks fancy, but built cheap.

Brita Water Filter is very good, I find the water tastes much better when it has been filterd and works out cheaper than buying bottled water. I also find the shape of the jug handy to fit in my fridge.
