Not impressed at all!!

Very disappointed with this clinic. Do not be fooled by the prestigious address of 1 Harley Street. I paid £900 for derma white treatment and laser treatment for a scar and for pigmentation on my hand. Total waste of money. I have seen next to no improvement. None of the staff are actual dermatologists, they are beauty therapists which makes a big difference. I think it's more about the sell for this clinic rather than genuinely trying to help patients and showing and interest in their concerns. The free consultation is pointless because they use that into enticing you to begin treatment with them without taking the time to understand your problem.They basically tell you what you want to hear so that you sign up for treatment. If you have a skin complaint I would do your research thoroughly before parting with your hard earned cash. Also disappointed that there is no follow up to check on progress. I don't usually leave reviews but due to the high expectations that I had that were not met I wanted to share my experiences with others so that they don't waste their time unnecessarily.
