Unfortunately, not the experience we anticipated. Bought and had the kitchen fitted about two years ago, all fine and great. Then had a problem with some of the fittings for one of the cupboards - long story short, I've had to order and purchase replacement parts myself from Germany and had the original fitter round to fit them. Xcel did not go 'that extra mile' to help.

Absolutely appalling service and some of the furniture still missing 10 months down the line. Do not really know what to say other than the fact that’s its absolutely disgusting.

Xcel kitchens sent there planner out to measure my kitchen, i got all my doors replaced within 6weeks, was given a great price and good customer service.

Arranged a free measure up service for a new kitchen. The day arranged the guy had a funeral to go to so we rearranged for next day and didnt turn up. I tried ringing mobile switched off. So rang showroom to find out he was off sick, no apology, no nothing...Terrible customer service

Amazing deal and install of marble fireplace & fitted within a day of purchase, highly recommend this company to everyone out there for their kitchen, bedroom or fireplace interior.

They were amazing on the job and safety was outlined clearly prior to install.
