I am loosing the will to live now. I need replacement items because the incorrect ones were delivered and a new bedroom sliding door as it was damaged and I feel as though I am doing all the ringing and chasing up. Even items have been delivered that are incorrect and that I didn't need and I didn't even arrange a delivery date as I was working. I could go on and on and on !!!
Trading Standards have now been informed.

I finally have a delivery date. Will the rights parts turn up ???Watch this space ! I have also asked for a copy of their complaints procedure which apparently they haven't got one ! I thought all large companies should have them. Still no comments from Wren, even though they have asked for order number.
