We paid £11300 for a kitchen at WICKES RAYLEIGH at the end of January. Installation didn’t happen until mid June and now we are left with missing parts (salesperson forgot to order) and no idea when the job will be completed. A damaged panel arrived but Wickes won’t pay the fitter to return. Fitter actually did a great job but we cannot proceed with tiling until they finally finish the job. They are saying that we have to go direct to one of their suppliers and buy the trim that they forgot to order! Also there were several hundred pounds of additional costs for fitting appliances into the cupboards that we knew nothing about until the fitter visited us. These costs have to be paid directly to the fitter. Customer service are simply saying they can’t help us and we are just left in limbo.
AVOID THEM!
