Poor bulk delivery service. Only sent one person, no lifting equipment. Driver unable to lift concrete post off the truck, so unable to deliver to the kerbside, drive or inside a gate. Not able to add additional information if needed. Delivery service doesn't listen to their customers requirements in order to improve their delivery service
