Bought excellent shower (based on advice from plumber) which needs a pump. Then learned a pump couldn't be used after all so asked Taps Empire to exchange. Goods still in unopened box but as received 20 days before and not 14 they won't even exchange it. Beware dealing with them unless you are certain about your order. They ignore phone calls, they do not return calls and they are unhelpful.
