Used a trade range for a last minuit kitchen replacement in a rental property, as a first trial run, using Sigma trade range.

The team bent over to get a very fast delivery time, two man delivery was good.

Product did the job, We were able to fit very quickly and went in nicely and looked the part.

Cabinets were more than adequate, did like the fact that attention to a few small details have been taken i.e. pre-cut vents for appliance housings, drawer runners and brackets pre-fitted etc.. importantly cabs were square and fitted nice and plum, it does save time and effort.

Priceing was ok.

The factory location and proximity is a key advantage to the South Wales work, and a good local point for collection is handy.

Documentation and paperwork was good, all can be sent electronically which is a big advantage.

Will most definately use again.

Thought i'd give credit where credits due and post my first review on this site. Contacted by Sigma 3 some time back and ended opening a trade account with them, usually i use the old BIG "H", but after the recent mishaps decided to give Sigma a try.

Placed an order with them after seeing their design and quote coming within £50 of my usual Howdens prices, however have to say really can't fault the service and guys who delivered.

After the initial contact with Sigma, the kitchen was measured, designed, manufactured and delivered promptly and on time.

The kitchen included all the features we required and the quality far exceeded my expectations. There were no loose ends, gaps, spare screws or scruffy finishes. The kitchen clearly uses high quality components and it has the feel of a kitchen with a much higher price tag. The final costs was lower than we expected and budgeted.

I have shown the kitchen to friends and they don't believe that the quality and service can come at the price - it was perfect for our needs.
