We had our kitchen over a year ago and are still waiting for missing parts

i rang the manager Andy Williams today and asked him why we still had not received it, he said he did not know an did not care, and he told me to go ahead and complain.

This is very bad service from a premium kitchen fitter.

after spending over £40,000 we are very disapponted at this arrogant behaviour.

I rang the MD at St Albans who I am waiting to call me back
