The best experience we’ve ever had dealing with a kitchen company. Mastercraft Kitchens definitely provided us with the most thorough all round service we’ve ever experienced. And we’ve bought a few kitchens over the years.

Even before we had placed our order they came out to see us multiple times, measured up, photographed, 3D scanned and took note of literally everything we dreamed about - then came back to us with the most drop dead gorgeous kitchen design we’ve ever seen. We couldn’t believe what we were looking at was even our kitchen! We then thought, wow, this is going to be really expensive - but the price wasn’t too bad given the quality of the kitchen units we chose, what, with all the Neff appliances and quartz worktops and the fact that every aspect of the fitting from the rip out to the re-wiring and even the herringbone timber flooring was all included.

They didn’t disappoint at any stage of the installation process either. The communication was really good all the way through and the deliveries and fitters were on time. Any little snags hit along the way were communicated with us and sorted immediately even after our plaster was found to be shot and blown. They just and hacked off and replastered and it was all done in their stride and with a smile. And we were never charged a penny more than we were quoted.

The quality of the product and the quality of the fitting can’t be faulted.

The best part for us was seeing the utterly shocked reaction from our friends and family when they saw our kitchen for the first time. They all gave that same WOW we gave when we first saw the kitchen design.

We cannot recommend Mastercraft Kitchens highly enough for what they’ve given us and we would like to give a special mention to our designer who was in charge of the whole job, took on all the stress for us, and was just so helpful.

Our conclusion and honest review? Don’t even consider going anywhere else. Just brilliant.
