I’m giving Mastercraft the highest marks because....

Very pleased with the whole kitchen experience, the installation went smoothly with only one issue with the boiling filter tap which occurred after completion, but this got sorted and replaced without any problem soon after. The designer and project manager was very capable from the planning to the finish and helped guide the work along quickly. Quality wise, Mastercraft cabinets look as though they are put together well with Blum, German engineered soft closing hinges and drawers. These work beautifully and smoothly in action. We chose German appliances from NEFF too, and my wife loves her slide and hide oven with its self cleaning mode. I particularly like the NEFF dishwasher which beams a red projected light onto the floor giving out its current mode of action! Price wise, Mastercraft were not the cheapest quote we had initially, but realising their price included everything, including the electrics, plumbing and plastering they actually were the most competitive. Other kitchen quotes only gave us what they term as a dry fit price, which wasn’t a proper fitted, working kitchen at all. I’m giving Mastercraft the highest marks and five stars because they gave us everything we wanted, with high quality materials for an all in price, all provided without fuss and bother. And we get a 25 year guarantee. What more could we ask for.
