We recently bought appliances and fitted units for our Kitchen and utility room from Magnet.
The items were delivered in no kind of order that we knew of and items were missing that I had to call the store for. When we did manage to get the items they were damaged. The store did reorder them again for us though.
The worst thing of all was when we wanted to exchange an appliance they refused. They claimed this was due to the item not being in all of its packaging, even though it had not been used and was in its plastic wrap. They also claimed that I was aware of the product I was getting (which I wasn't), however they didn't even know the full details about the product themselves. I'd advise on getting appliances from appliance direct or John Lewis who have excellent Customer Service.
