Had kitchen fitted in July, it's now November and only just received the Gas Safety Certificate, which they charged £114.00 for (One appliance, a Gas hob). It was no surprise that the Manager at the Leicester Branch didn't honour his word about the refund for this not turning up on time. Once they have your hard-earned money, they really don't care. They just give you the run-around. Not the way to do business. Their 'Full Circle Service' is a joke. They obviously haven't worked out that without the CUSTOMER, they have NO BUSINESS! Spend your money elsewhere, NOT with a company like Magnet, you will regret it - I certainly do.
