A bad experience

Unfortunately our experience with Magnet has been very poor.
Firstly we opted for the flat pack units as I am very experienced in DIY, having worked on projects such as this for over 30 years. The units are of poor quality and not one of the boxes/bags contained the correct number of parts e.g. one bag for a 400 base unit contained only 2 of a particular screw when there should have been 16, the next bag for the same type of unit contained 0 out of 16! We have had to get a large bag of ‘spares ‘ from Magnet in order to complete the project.
However the most annoying issue has been the fact that on 4th May we changed the order and have been due a refund of £861.10p. FIVE weeks on we are still waiting for this refund. The company, for some reason say they cannot refund the credit card and have to issue a cheque, despite this cheque having apparently been issued, almost a fortnight ago, it has still not arrived to arrived.
