Spent £15000 on a supply only kitchen (ready built, most of it) incorrect instructions sent with it (for another type of kitchen) two of the ready assembled units fell apart on delivery, dowel holes had been double drilled so there was a slot instead hole for dowels, a considerable amount of screws were missing as were support tracks.
could have assembled the kitchen in about 3 days but it took almost three weeks waiting for missing parts.
still waiting for hinges (three months now) as I paid for all self closing and half were not.
the branch were doing their best but Magnet have a bit of training to do.
