8 months on and I still have a gaping hole in my kitchen thanks to your Sealand Chester Magnet Branch - won't get this sorted - I wonder if Magnet be so laid back when it comes time for us to pay for the kitchen in full...? Maybe I'll leave a big gap in the financing. Does anyone at Magnet Kitchens take accountability or do we just keep playing this game of hide and seek? I originally had a problem with the induction hob and the person I dealt with did everything to avoid sorting it, then tried to palm us off to AEG as it was "Outside of the initial Magnet Warranty" - the reason being that he had taken so long to respond to us and get this sorted. Anyway, the faulty hob took about 5 months to replace, and now we still have an outstanding problem that will no doubt go on forever. Magnet staff appear extremely reluctant to apologize for mistakes made and give you the whole "I'm sorry that's how you feel!" line, as if the events are to be interpreted in a multitude of possible ways, other than the fact that a kitchen STILL isn't technically finished. What a joke. 1 Star Review for Magnet Kitchens. Lovely kitchens on the surface but absolutely disgraceful customer service and after care. My advice - stay well away!
