“Don't waste your time or money”

Did not even give 1 star. Worst showroom and customer service ever. Contacted customer service to book an appointment who advised us to get hold of the Stockport showroom, so we did. We were trying to get hold of them for the days..no answer for our phone calls and no reply for any of my emails. When finally got hold of them after 5 days, they said " oh it was you who was emailing us " oh okay so they did get my email just not bothered to email back or give me a call. Shocking. Well as we wanted to look at the worktops we travelled 1.5hrs to look at them..when we arrived the greeting was unbelievably rude.We entered the building and a man came over to us asking "what we want" what worktop we want" then he took us to the worktops area and he told us "im leaving you two to it. " Well exactly what we wanted.. not like we wanted some explanation or advice on them. We had a look and went over to him asking if we could get two quotes one for quartz and one for Minerva worktops. He said straight NO. i was shocked but okay i guess its too much to ask .. Then we ended up looking at the Minerva worktops. He did not offer us a seat anything all this went extremely smoothly while we were standing in the middle of the store. The worktop price was over our budget so we asked if he could show us any other worktops which might be closer to our budget or anything he might do for us. Answered straight NO. So we ended up leaving and never returning. Next day spoke with the head office about our experience with another man who called the showroom up asking what happened then called us back saying our measurements were to big. Like did tried to ignore the fact what just happened. What kind of service we have received. They advised giving a call to the store manager so we did. He advised us "The person you dealt with usually so much polite and his only problem is that he so straight forward ". LOL okay so i guessed its acceptable now to treat customers like this. They just lost another customer. Don't waste your time. By the way we were the only customers who were there now i know why.
