Great value kitchen

I chose my Magnet kitchen units because of the Worktop plus. I needed more worktop area and this fitted the bill perfectly. Just a shame that this product is limited to only a few of the kitchen ranges and not available within all of the Magnet range. My choice of kitchen was therefore limited.
We found the staff very helpful at all stages, particularly after our kitchen was delivered as we had one or two issues with damaged and missing items which were quickly replaced and delivered to our home. Nothing was too much trouble.
One point I would take issue with was the coding of items delivered which didn't always match up with the coding on our invoice/fitters guide. There must be a simpler way of matching the items purchased to the fitters plan - please look into this. The codes were lengthy and in some cases didn't match at all and although no doubt would be familiar to a Magnet fitter not everyone has their kitchen fitted by Magnet. (Hence only 4 stars). It really was a complicated system which could be easily improved.
However, I have to say that the end result was really good.
I am particularly pleased with the Worktop plus which solves a lot of problems in a small space kitchen. It's a wonderful invention and deservedly has won awards. Well done Magnet.
