I expected more from a German Kitchen Manufacturer

The planning of the new kitchen from Kutchenhaus was exciting and filled me with confidence. two or three trips to Manchester resulted in a dream kitchen being designed and ordered.

The Kutchenhaus fitters whilst proficient were arrogant and miserable, the area surveyor / manager was worse and didn't care one jot about the fact that doors were not aligned, bins didn't fit, extractor was not fitted.

After complaining about leaks, freezer not working I'm still very disappointed that no one has replied to my two complaints to Kutchenhaus.

A near disaster occurred when my CDA Glass Gas hob exploded on 23rd December and in spite of a replacement to tide me over for Christmas I still have not received any comments on my complaint. I feel Kutchenhaus is great at the design but falls far too short on service and customer care.

I would have liked to know before I made the purchase that the kitchen would be left unfinished with many faults and no one taking responsibility.

Unless they pull something big out of the bag I think the whole experience fills me with extreme disappointment.

CDA are even worse as they have responded to my complaint by accusing me of impact damage on a glass hob that was used less than five times. They keep me waiting to let me know when or if they will replace the faulty goods.
