The service we received was a huge disappointment. Nothing like the service you receive in the store. Kitchen came and half the units etc were missing. Damaged worktops, fillers and doors. Kept waiting in for several days when promised a delivery and nobody appeared. Promised they will call you back and they don’t. Spent a fortune in phone calls calling them for an update. They promised a Service Manager will look after you and they didn’t know what we had received and what we didn’t. We thought we’d go here because we expected the same service as we do in the store. Wrong and the worst mistake we’ve made and will never recommend JL Kitchens. If they offered us £1000 discount but we’d have some hassle we would have said no. I’d you want 10 months of hassle then this is the provider for you. One word sums it up and it’s Nightmare.
