Great design and pre sales experience. Ordered from JL because of their reputation for customer service.
How wrong I was.
Appalling first fit by their subcontractors which resulted in 16 weeks without a usable kitchen. The customer service has been appalling with initial denial of the issues then random unannounced deliveries of replacement parts , missed appointments, etc.
Our kitchen still isn’t finished and the compensation offer has been derisory. We’re in court.

this happend to my neighbour and there waiting for there money back. Its really disgusting. I went online and did my research and found a company that sold Mereway Kitchens, (manufactueres of John Lewis kitchens) I decded to go with them and they were amazing..same kitchen and alot cheaper. It all gets shipped from Birmingham anway all John lewis do is take the badge out of the drawers and add there own badge and with that they can chargge 1800 more!!
