I have had a dreadful experience from the team that are supposed to manage the process, including a very rude man who answered the phone.
Absolutely no way would I recommend John Lewis to anyone. I am so utterly disappointed in the incompetence and lack of of care shown to me as a customer.
The only good thing is the fitter contracted to fit the kitchen and the original planner who has tried to his best.
I chose John Lewis because I wanted to pay someone to manage the project with fitters, ordering and delivery rather than do it myself. Instead, on the contary, it has been a waste of my precious time and money as the team in Manchester have let me dowm on numerous occasions.
I am told the team is recently centralised and settling in. I should not be charged for an inadequate service while they have teething problems.
I have taken this up with customer service - and expect them resolve this for me.
