Outstanding service from design to completion

From the moment I walked into the showroom at intoto Newcastle my apprehensions regarding my kitchen makeover melted and excitement was allowed to take over. Having trudged around the 'usual suspects' I was starting to feel disheartened that I couldn't find what I was looking for.

the people I dealt with  were a fantastic team. One  person I dealt with had experience and his ingenuity were invaluable in overcoming the awkward dimensions, angles and constraints of my kitchen. The other two were attentive and offered great advice and assurance.

My 3rd floor apartment's kitchen was gutted and brought back to life in just under 3wks. All the workmen were polite, the person I dealt with was very hands on and his eye for detail continued - troubleshooting as it progressed so that by the end there wasn't really any snagging to be done.

Previously my kitchen was dark and dull with wobbly flooring and didn't work well in the space. I now have a light, bright kitchen with an exceptional finish and my brief of more storage and workable worktop space has been delivered and then some. On budget too.

My friends and family can hardly believe it's the same space and I couldn't be more pleased. I do not hesitate in recommending intoto Jesmond.
