PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE

My builder recommended Howdens Torquay, specifically the person I dealt with to design and supply my new kitchen.
I have waited 10 years to be able to finally afford and have my new kitchen so I was so excited when he turned up.
He was friendly,patient and had some fantastic ideas of what could be done with the room I had available. We talked at length with my builder and he came up with a plan for me.

He produced the plan very quickly and I went into the store to view it and again go through anything I wasn't happy with. I have to admit I was happy with everything, even a few changes that he had made that I wasn't expecting.

I then had the task of clearing it with my husband, this wasn't so easy. Long story short we changed our minds with the kitchen, the surfaces and the flooring choices three times and not once did he complain or even look annoyed with our indecision. He understood that as I had waited so long for it my indecision was understandable, he changed the choices quickly and came back with a price that was very reasonable but a little over budget. Again he changed things around to suit our budget yet still suit our needs.

All in all I have had amazing service and although I haven't taken delivery of or had the kitchen fitted I am 100% certain that I have absolutely made the right choice of suppliers.
