Poor kitchen experience

Ordered a kitchen from home base in Feb this year we were given a delivery date took most of the kitchen out apart from the sink and cooker managed for the few days before delivery I confirmed with Homebases on the morning of belivery to make sure it would be arriving thay assured me it was on its way the plumber took the sink out and the cooker was disconnected thay arrived at the said time with appliances only thay had no knowledge of a kitchen for delivery you can emagin my dismay laws now Ina mess with no kitchen and a joiner waiting to install it ,we rang Homebases and thay said it was two separate orders because it was out of stock when we ordered it in store we were furious we were not told this also we wanted a cubard with a glass door as I have a lot of Cristal wine glasses , also the metal baskets for the larder cubard the kitchen designer knew this when he was at our home ,I gatagoricly told him this was what I wanted he went back to store and we went up the next day to see the layout and we ordered the kitchen and paid in full he at no time told us that as we had chosen a 600mm cubard instead of a 500mm that thay did not do the metal baskets nor a glass cubard door we recived the kitchen three later minus baskets &class door I was furrious since then it has been a nightmare we have lost track of how many phones calls we have made and haw many trips we have made to the store also the meals out having no kitchen because of the cockup made by home base also not enough plinth had been ordered this ment another journey out for the joiner at our exspence to fit it also we have had to have him make us a glass door because Homebases could not get one this ment he had to cut the middle out of the door of the cubard and fit a glass panel at our exspence we were offered compensation of £100 won't pay what it has cost us to pay the joiner and by the way thay have given us the baskets for the larder cubard ment for the 500mm cubard thay fit perfectly well we could have been given these in the first place total lack of communication car to even be bothered to return your phone calls your customer service stinks don't know how your still on business.
