I have been back GDL 3 times twice to buy, and once for help and each time I couldn't have asked for more, easy to buy of course but when I went with a problem which they had no reason to help with, they sorted me out, really say no more.

We had a facelift done on our kitchen, which included a new worktop. After being really unhappy with the quality and the fitting of our worktop we we went to Granite Direct for help. We ordered a new worktop from Granite direct and were very happy with the service we received, from the first visit to the showroom right through to the removal of the old worktop and fitting of the new one. We have had problems with both kitchen and bathroom work previously with other companies, and this was the first pleasant experience we have had for getting work done on our house. Can't recommend them enough!

We purchased out Granite work tops, when deciding what granite to choose from we were able to go their stone yard and choose the exact piece we wanted. we also brought our sink and also porcelain porcelanosa floor tiles. We're really pleased with the seamless service we've had from Granite Direct Ltd. Their showroom has a good amount of granite etc. on display and we decided we'd go with them. At this point we were directed to a stone-yard where we were able to walk around and select the exact granite we wanted. We specified to GDL how we wanted the pattern to run across our kitchen worktops and, when they visited to template the stone, we specified our preference for where we wanted the joins etc. GDL were very understanding and accommodating. The guys who came to fit the granite were perfect. They worked quickly, quietly and cleanly and were incredibly diligent in how they fitted our worktops, splash back, up-stands and window cills. We've had genuinely great service and a fantastic final finish to our kitchen from GDL. Happy to recommend.

Found the perfect brown polished porcelain tiles for our bathroom and was even more pleased when we found that GDL could supply a mosaic to match for the wetroom floor. We employed Granite Direct to create a complete new kitchen for us, including the supply and fitment of flooring for the whole of the downstairs and tiles for our bathroom. This involved their whole team and sub-contractors working together and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We started by discussing a few ideas of our own and Charlie advised us of what could work, what wouldn't and suggested a few other ideas which were perfect. The quartz work top, which included a 4ft wide island surface is fantastic. The adjustments which needed to be made to kitchen units and the fitting of the kitchen itself was so efficient and professional that our whole building team commented on how good JC (the fitter) was. He also laid our wood flooring which GD sourced and supplied. James looked after sourcing our flooring and all the bathroom tiles, he also arranged for Mannie, the tiler, to lay the floor tiles. Our building team also commented on how good he was. We viewed the completion of various works in stages as other building works meant we could not live in the property. I recently had a new worktop and splashback fitted for my kitchen. From start to finish the company was very professional. The cost was very reasonable for such a good product and the whole procedure was very smooth. Firstly the showroom staff were very helpful in assisting me choose the granite, soon afterwards I had a home visit where we selected the chosen materials. They were gave me advice on where to place the granite. A template was made. The very next day I was sent a quote with a follow up phone call. I placed my order, paid a deposit and within a few days, the granite was fitted. The fitters were also great, polite, professional, did a fab job and cleaned up afterwards. I am now ordering floor tiles with them. I would not go anywhere else.
