My elderly parents (both over 85 and nearly housebound) asked Decorland to change their WC pan in January 2020. They did this and their account was promptly paid. A few months later a damp patch was noticed on the kitchen ceiling below and 2 telephone calls to Decorland went unanswered. We had to engage an emergency plumber and to restore the damage to the bathroom floor/kitchen ceiling/decorate cost over £800. It appears the pan was incorrectly fitted/parts missing causing a leak.
I have written to Decorland and they have failed to respond-I am taking them to Small Claims Court. Use them at your risk!!
