Just had my second kitchen from Clyde completed. This time was even better than the first! Designer was excellent, fitters were brilliant and the service from the customer service team was second to none. I got a call every day to check on the progress and any little issues I had were dealt with quickly and with no fuss. I have no problem in recommending them to anyone looking for a kitchen. Thank you to everyone at Clyde.

Agent at clyde kitchens went above and beyond for us when planning our new kitchen. He was patient and very informative, never pushy and changed things until we felt it was perfect. The fitting went well too. The communication was great also, a daily phone call to check on progress and after it was complete.

I tried Clyde kitchens after seeing the advert in Facebook. The designer arrived on time and very pleasant and helpful. I then went to the showroom and saw what my kitchen would look like. The price was fine so I went ahead. The installer was really good and even fitted new sockets for me. All in all I'm delighted.

Clyde Kitchens were professional from start to finish. With clear communication throughout. The quality of our kitchen is to a very high standard and the fitters were amazing, quick and efficient leaving no mess. The kitchen was also very affordable compared to other quotes that we received. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

I have got to say that my experience with Clyde Kitchens was superb from start to finish. The designer was more than accommodating with all our requirements and made the process clear from the start. The fitters were superb and also did a few extra jobs for us at no extra cost. Should we require a new kitchen in the future I would have no hesitation contacting Clyde to do the job. Thank you guys.

I was so delighted with Clyde for my kitchen that I came back 4 years later when it was time to replace my bathroom. The designer was brilliant and helped put my ideas into reality. Special mention for the installer too who was wonderful throughout, and thanks to representative for the calls during the week to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend.

I have just had my kitchen completed by Clyde Kitchens and I must say from start to finish I was thoroughly impressed. The workmanship that went into my kitchen is just superb. Nothing was a bother for them! They had really great ideas about what would go with my shape of kitchen and I totally trusted them! I now have a kitchen I could’ve only dreamed about and I’m super super impressed. I’ve now got an eye on their website for my bathroom- watch this space !! Thankyou Clyde kitchens !

Just seen this review site after having had my Kitchen fitted by Clyde Kitchens. I must say that my experience was totally different from what I see written here. From start to finish they looked after myself and my elderly mother with patience and care. The end result was superb and has totally exceeded our expectations. Having read these reviews I might have hesitated, but I can say without doubt it go for it.

Absolutely no complaints with our experience with this company. Agent was friendly and helpful when visiting the showroom (with 2 small children in tow), our designer listened to our ideas whilst giving advice and making several plans to allow us to envisage the possibilities, taking the time and making multiple adjustments to show us how it could look. An absolute star, who fitted the kitchen did an amazing job, professional, clean and tidy, and completed within the time planned. The after sales have also been fantastic checking in to see how things have been since and addressing any questions we had. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again!

I deeply regret choosing Clyde Kitchens to do my kitchen and would NOT recommend them. The team that fitted the kitchen did a clumsy, messy and rushed fit. The lack of care in their work led to many things being worse once the job was ‘completed’. The worktop edges were cut with chips, the join of work top was left with a gap, the sealant was so messy you could see finger prints in it (which to give credit where it’s due, once we complained Clyde provided an upstand to cover this) they made holes in the wall around plug sockets and ‘fixed it’ by applying something resembling cement that we had to get a plaster in to try and fix and he was unable to smooth out the wall, one wall was measured incorrectly so the fridge couldn’t fit...almost 6months in and I’m still finding faults. It’s appalling work. Trying to get any of this fixed was a nightmare and their communication with us terrible. They use different contractors for each job so no one ends up claiming responsibility. A 5 day fit turned into months and months of stress.

Please do not give this lot your hard earned cash. The designer came out to our house and harped on about how she would give us a "friends and family discount" on various white goods. We both felt she was treating us like fools and it just got worse from here on in. This woman measured up the size of the room and I could see instantly that it would not fit in the intended space but on the computer it looked amazing, think its all a gimmick to draw you in. We suggested to her that we would have a think about the quote and get back to her, this is were she turned up the pressure, going on about if we did not put a £250 deposit on it that day it would not guarantee the price. THIS IS ALL SALE PATTER. (yes we still went for it) From here on in we prayed that was the worst of it over.....Not a chance, Clyde Kitchens sent a "fitters" out and I use the word Fitters very loosely as they started off very good ripping out both the bathroom and Kitchen and from then on it slowed down to a trickle. They come some days for a half day here and there and took a day of completely. This went on for Two whole weeks during which time we moved out at great cost to ourselves. As for the workmanship, it was a total disgrace, some tiler arrived very late on a Friday having worked all week in Edinburgh, he clearly was not bothered about the quality of his work has he put some tiles upside down, some didn't even match and he even managed to flood my Kitchen, spill coffee over our bed and throw out the waste materials all over our courtyard....Completely disrespectful. As for the fitter, everything he touched he left us with multiple leaks which meant we had to keep calling him out to fix. We spoke to Clyde kitchens about our experience and as they got their fill of our Money we were told that "we did not have to use the guys they sent" This attitude left us feeling completely floored as we did not pick them THEY sent them to out home. In the 14 days it took these clowns to finish our Kitchen and Bathroom it was only on day 14 that this guy single handedly put our complete bathroom in in One day. I have decided to write this review after 10 months due to the fact we have had to get real tradesmen in to replace a number of things and replace parts on her choice of white goods. I am now looking to get the cracks fixed in my new bathroom that run between the tiles. This is probably the only time we could afford to spend such a large amount of cash in doing up our house and it has all been wasted by this company. You have been warned!!!!!!

Hi
I am due to have kitchen installed by this company and just read these reviews. Was the issue due to bad installation and are the quality of the kitchen units good

Thank you for your question.
We had this work done almost Two year ago now.
I have replaced the sink tap head. The sink needs to be refitted as it's coming out of its aperture. The ovan door has been replaced and we are in the process of replacing the fridge freezer. The cupboard doors don't close over completely.
In the bathroom I have taken out the shower screen and refitted it properly. I have fixed the cistern handle that was not fitted correctly. Now to top this off my flooring is starting to lift a various parts.
The guy who fitted ours was from linwood and as the work is not fitted by clyde kitchens they did not want to know. They have no after sales care and no Interest after they take you money.
I only wish I asked the woman who came to my house to leave as she was all about the sale.
Terrible design, terrible "trades men" and zero customer care.
Keep your money, take your time and look elsewhere.

Had complete kitchen renovated in 2018, still feel like crying every time I walk into our kitchen. I think they saw us coming and when I look at our small kitchen (which now has less cupboard space than before) and the amount of money we were charged. We were naïve to not question exactly what make and model some of the appliances would be and it almost feels like they gave us the 'older' models they had lying in their storage. We were told the fitter would take a week but as we wanted specific worktops we should add on approx. another 10 days. More than 3 weeks later we still didn't have a working kitchen and we ended up with parts of the kitchen being botched together which we hadn't agreed on. Fitter was unprofessional, took delight in telling me gossip stories about other customers and even divulged details of his opinions relating to their lifestyle choices! Like others have said - pretty much full payment is expected before they will send out the materials to your property - I was relieved we held back a very small amount. When the kitchen fitter left I sent a detailed email outlining the issues throughout the job etc. they sent another fitter to do the 'snagging' and started chasing us for final payment - unfortunately for them they never bothered to address an item I asked them evidence on and I haven't heard back from them since (which leads me to believe they weren't able to evidence this). I do think they were still laughing to the bank and again I have to say we feel we were well and truly taken for a ride when I look around the kitchen and wonder how it cost us almost £12K for an approx. 10ft x 9ft kitchen! We are only now really coming to terms with our disastrous dealings with Clyde Kitchens. Every time I see their advert on TV I feel sick. Sadly we chose them because we saw their advert on TV and at the time they were Which endorsed - unfortunately for us during our kitchen fitting when issues started to arise I called Which and they had lost their Which endorsement days before we signed our contract with them!!! So this alone tells its own story. This is just a snapshot of some of the issues without going into more detail. Appears some have been lucky but those who have not seem to have experienced similar issues.

I would not recommend using this company at all. the fitters are unreliable, dishonest and constantly let you down with fitting dates and times, sometimes being well over 2 hours late and even cancelling because of other jobs the day before . i had to cancel a 5 day break to let them work in the house because the delivery of appliances were delayed and they cancelled a day of the fit, and the designer ordering the wrong materials . The designer ordered the wrong ceiling panels and they lay in my house for weeks. i came back from 3 days away to find the panels were away. so i asked for the money back as i then had to pay their plasterer to skim my ceiling. the fitters denied removing them (i have 2 witnesses who contradict this) and yet they still refuse to refund my £321 for them saying they never received them. "don't pay a penny until your satisfied" rubbish, you will get a call demanding the money as they are loading the kitchen onto the van , with the kitchen planner saying the boss gets nervous when hes not paid for items that are going out . free fitting on "selected kitchens over £4,999, i would like to know what ones they are . i was nearly £10,000 for 8 units, 2 fridges, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob, extractor, 2 ovens , sink and i still got charged £1,500 plus plasterwork for fitting the kitchen, it is a small room . Then when the designer sent the wrong tap i picked another one. only to be told that one was £300 ,i got it online for £89. when i asked for a breakdown of the kitchen prices "we cant supply that , the computer generates the total cost (how did the designer know my tap i originallypicked was £69 and the one i picked as a replacement was £300? took them over 5 months to fit the new kitchen and do the snagging and the quality of what you pay for is garbage, fore edges missing off the inside supports of wall units, damage to my rough casting with the dryer hose bring cored, putting a switch for the plinth lights an inch from the oven door, double socket under the sink at the waste along with double sockets fitted inside the units by the joiners fitting the units, one plinth butt jointed! fitter doing the snagging damaged the oven door and had to replace the oven, when the washing machine goes on final spin the doors all rattle even after the snagging to fix it, when you open the fitted appliances doors you can see the chipboard edge of the plinths. do yourself a favour and the hassle and do not use this company. biggest mistake ive ever made using them , never again. thank god a neighbour took my advice and never used them as planned.

It's a lottery given the work is sub contracted to self employed fitters so you either get a true professional which will explain the few good reviews or you get amateurs!!! Hence you and I and several others posting here! I keep seeing their ad on TV and think it should come with a warning as people should be made aware of the gamble they're taking when they give Clyde Kitchens their business!!! My kitchen was 'fitted' 2013 and from what I'm reading here now, nothing has changed!!

We recently paid a substantial sum to get a new kitchen from Clyde Kitchens. The money was paid and some of the kitchen was fitted. However the sink was the wrong size and the cooking hob arrived and never worked. We have been promised this will be corrected however we have now been without water in the kitchen and cooking facilities for two weeks. Also the chap they promised to do the granite work has not materialised. Our house is currently like a building site. We anticipate this will be corrected. Watch this space...

Designer visited house for fitted bathroom & kitchen & we discussed in detail key points which was further expanded in Airdrie showroom. In addition we chose SPECIFIC tiles , handles ,hob & taps. ALL these items incorrectly sourced but were still installed. Nightly report from project manager never materialised & all our complaints, the following day, to installer, virtually ignored. We complained re above BUT left with tiles ,taps ,hob & handles we did not choose in the first place !! We feel totally gutted we did not receive value for our hard earned money

Quality wasnt great for the price after paying all I found was shoddy quality and cheap overpriced products the fitter wasn't great he simply slowed job down probably to make his fee seem justified. One week average of 8 hours a day to fit shower and tile only shower area in a very small bathroom to a very high cost. We had designer come to my home who simply wasnt compitant or honest he agreed prices that kept increasing by over 15% on three occasions and some money had to be paid to him direct then a PayPal account then to the tiler in total amounted to £400 over the original quote from the person I dealt with.we also experienced a leak that damaged celings sorry for being so negative but I'm just being honest and can only hope they sort it out. We were quoted £3079 then extra £400 because our tiles had changed price 4m2 tiled

We waited a year and shopped around before committing to one particular company in the Glasgow area as it’s an expensive and daunting project to do and you want to get it right . We met with a lovely young lady in theAirdrie showroom who helped us in the showroom and offered to visit us and do a design . The design and price was right for us so we decided to proceed . Needless to say four weeks later we were delighted with the end product . The fitting team who came to us were fantastic and worked all day with practically no break . We had one issue with a light and it was replaced within four days so we couldn’t grumble . We confidently recommend this company and the sales designer, C who helped us made the process painless . I have already told people in work and neighbours to check them out . Very happy , can’t stop popping into the kitchen to admire it , just need to close my perfect paint colour for the wall . Thank you Clyde , we love our kitchen .

Terrible service from start to finish the person I dealt with hasn't got a clue about customer service or satisfaction. Communication no existent items added that weren't needed also charged higher prices than stated.avoid this company or ask for different designer as the person I dealt with is totally incompetent.

worst kitchen company ever. When looking they caught us at the right time and we signed up. Sadly I didn't research and if so I wouldn't have chosen them. That said we did, everything was going away until the insulation. Terrible attention to detail, wrong cabinets ordered and put up. What should have been a standard year out and redo took weeks and then snagging took months. It was only when they wanted final payment that I reminded them the kitchen wasn't finished and i had been contacting them for months. To their credit they came out and continued to as they left off with botched work. I have now had my kitche for less than two years and cabinets aren't working, tap snapped as cheap plastic. Terrible company, do your research and ask why no Facebook or anything that allows customers to leave comments apart from those being complimentary.

This review is spot on. I had the very same issues. Nothing more I could add to it
