Designer comes around within a day or 2 you order kitchen and they ring to confirm delivery, that when it all starts to go wrong. First they advise you to use their own fitters because if there are any issues ie missing/damaged parts they will sort them for you much quicker, sorry to say I fell for it. First of all on the day of delivery the driver rang ahead to let me know the worktops were not in stock, as I had the fitter booked (as advised by the company) for the next day I had to go to B&Q to get some worktops so the fitting could go ahead. After the delivery arrived 8 doors were missing the fitter turned up the next day informing me he was self employed and wouldn't start fitting the kitchen unless I was going to pay him as it was not his fault there was items missing, after countless emails and phone calls I was told the missing items were out of stock but would be back in stock on the 9th May. Since then I have now been informed the items will not be in stock until JULY I now have a kitchen fitted with no cupboard doors and nobody from the company is remotely interested in helping. once these people have your money your basically left high and dry

service shocking, customer services non existing, cant get through to speak / complain to a manger, goods supplied are very poor quality, looks like they have been put together by a 10 yr old no edging strips on the cabinet shelving as promised by there salesman , if you manage to complain switchboard just put you on hold for over 1 hour, flat pack units are of a better quality

I got seconds... Damage doors, chipped shelves & damaged side panels. When I complained about the quality of the kitchen supplied, the work man said what did you expect with a budget kitchen? There seems to be a lack of care throughout the firm from warehouse, delivery & fitting for the handling of the goods hence it has faults. Workmen didn't respect my house or my neighbour's . My confidence left when I saw the fitters using the new cupboards to store their power tools, drinks left on unfinished surfaces and rubbish left around every day. They didn't clean up or keep the kitchen door shut to prevent dust. The fitting was rushed within two days drawers & handles fell off. One shelf was wobbly. A shelf was two inches short of the back so things would have fallen behind the oven unit. The fitters did come back to fix problems. Unfortunately the idea of buying from the manufacturer was good but in practise not due to the poor quality supplied. If you do buy from this firm don't pay the fitters until you are completely happy with their work. If I have had anything faulty the company has replaced them. The firm is hard to contact and doesn't respond to email complaints. There is no follow up call to see if you are happy with their work.

Ordered kitchen via net, they contacted me asap, sent designer round (very pleased)AFTER THAT ONE DISASTER AFTER ANOTHER. Contacted them a few days later to arrange delivery and fitting of kitchen. Told to ring fitters two days before delivery. Spent ONE WHOLE DAY trying phone them No answer (kept me waiting thanking me for my patience an hour at a time) Gave up and e-mailed my concerns and wanting confirmation of delivery. Did not reply. I rang them eventually on morning of delivery to be told it would be around 5pm so I made plans. Half a hour later delivery man rang to say he would be half an hour .Not pleased. I checked that everything was there. He told it was complete, no probs..yet Later I rang cust services (got a reply after half an hour) to tell them I think they've sent the wrong size (which transpired they had not) however the del man told me he thought this person would be fitting it and that he would make sure I WAS in fact getting a fitter (I had no confirmation, booked 2 days off work) After my conversation with cust services this person had not worked for the company for a while and hey.... I will phone you tomorrow at 9am (I insisted on her mobile which she promised would answer)don't worry everything will be ok. Sure enough 10am the following morning ,no phonecall, rang her mobile, no answer. Eventually she rang to tell a fitter is sorted but it hadn't been booked in. THEN Mr Fitter no.1 rang and said he could do it in 2 days earliest(joke) THEN cust services rang back Am I ok? erm no. would like some sort of compensation if only for phonecalls, she will phone back. Surprise surprise still waiting! Meanwhile Mr Fitter no 2 called, he'd just been called at short notice and will come today (thankyou Mr Fitter no 2), there were a couple of things missing (which would have been no problem to obtain) but there were problems with the original design size (I have a very small kitchen) which Mr Fitter no 2 kindly overcame but it meant swapping a couple of units over. Guess what £80.00 please or no units. The fitter paid for this himself. There was no compensation mentioned at all even though I have threatened this company with all sorts of bad press. This being only my FIRST port of call. Cust services have no say over anything, they can promise the earth(with good intentions no doubt)but at the end of the day you get what THEY say and then only if you pay for it first. THE FITTERS ARE SELF EMPLOYED. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS TOO. TERRIBLE is not good enough a review for them.

What a shower of, when the kitchen units arrived some of the units were of good quality but most of it looked like it had been sent back from other jobs. Cornice and pelmets all different shades where they were joined together, joints visible through out, most of the doors were marked in some way or another, units sent with no fixings just a pack of wood screws,the customer service is an absolute joke, if you phone them make sure you have an hour to spare because that's how long they will keep you waiting on the line. To get the parts of the kitchen that we wanted replaced we had to wait more over a month and we had to order the worktops to get these sent.The worktops arrived on a Saturday night but worktop missing and now we are going to fit them we have realised they are all scratched,the independent fitter we have for the worktops has said he has never seen worktops sent out by anyone in this sort condition before. So if you are reading this and are looking to buy a new kitchen do yourself a favour and stay well clear of them.
