spring gone in door after two years covered under five year free parts. want thirty pounds postage and packing for small door catch spring. rip off.

No NOT buy CDA products. They are unsafe, don't last more than 6 months and customer care is horrendous.

The inner glass panel within the oven I purchased from CDA 6 months ago, overheated and shattered, missing me by less than half a meter.

This would be especially dangerous for anyone with an infant in the house.

Add to this their atrocious customer care. It takes two days to send the panel to an engineer who then can not do the installation for 10 days.

CDA won't even confirm a time when the engineer will come, only that it will be any time between 8am-5pm.

Of course they only work Monday to Friday, apparently that is the most efficient way of working - Customer convenience be damned. Only looking out for their bottom line.

Being a contractor this means loss of income on top of nearly having my legs shredded.

But as long as CDA don't lose money, they don't care if their customers are injured or lose income.

I was impressed by the large drum.... but to my cost ! Reccomended by kithen fitters because it has a 5 year guarantee on parts, but 'Beware' as you have to pay a £85 call out fee as this is not included after the first year. Rubbish customer service. There is only one engineer for Leicestershire, so a long two week wait for repairs! Not very practical for such an important item. The whites come out with dirty grey streaks all over them. They somehow get caught up around the edge of the drum. The various wash programs take well in excess of two hours. The electronic display is fiddly, frequently needs resetting and if you press the wrong button you have to start over again.If you dont clean out the filter every 3 weeks, the machine stops working. My door is leaking, and its only 2 years old.

A very poor machine.

Purchased as part of a fitted kitchen, I had never heard of CDA before (big mistake) it takes twice as long to do a basic wash cycle than any other machine I have owned or come across, no such thing as a quick wash, It won't spin 50% of the time so I end up hanging dripping wet washing on the line. So noisy that you have to shout to have a conversation in the kitchen. This is the worse and most expensive washing machine I have EVER owned, having spoken to others about their machines mine is a real joke.
