CDA CI330

We had CDA appliances. ALL were terrible. Had to cut our losses and replace with good brands. All went very wrong.

Awful I'm now onto my 3rd door in 5 years, the handles are awful - poor quality materials. The machine works OK but would not recommend.

I inherited appliances with my house 4yrs ago ,I've had to pay £80 to have the cooker repaired now the dishwasher broke they wan t£90 for someone to come out and look at it they are 5yrs old ..what a load of trash would not recomend

CDA FITTER ARRIVES TO INSPECT MY C1330 WASHER THAT SOUNDS LIKE AN OLD TRACTOR AXLE GRINDING AND TELLS ME HES NOT ABLE TO LOOK AT IT BECAUSE OF HEALTH AND SAFETY MATTERS DUE TO IT BEING INTERGRATED, WHAT THE IDLE BASTED MEANT WAS HE WASNT PREPARED TO PULL IT OUT FROM UNDER THE UNITS,

ANYWAY I COULDNT TAKE NO MORE SO I MAN HANDLED THE LAZY PILLOCK OFF THE PREMISSES, I WAS GOING TO KICK HIM BUT DIDNT, DUE TO HIM SCREAMING LIKE A GIRL, AND IT ONLY TOOK THEM IGNORANT,BRAINLES TEA SWILLING CHAR LADIES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE 4 WEEK TO GET THE FITTER OUT. BIG NO

We moved into a NewBuild in June 2014, I use my washer on average once a day. Sadly as this was integrated when we moved I had to leave my far superior LG washer/dryer behind. Only 6 months on the CDA washer/dryer has broken and they have given us a date of the 26th feb 15 to fix it. Leaving me without my washer for 4 weeks. When I called and explained I have a young family so 4 weeks felt quite excessive to go without this apiance, the customer service representative half laughingly & un-convincingly apologised and said the was nothing they could do. I have seen the CDA van at the other new builds regularly and a number of my neighbours have experienced problems with their CDA appliances.

We've had our kitchen for 6 years now, we were provided with CDA, dish washer, washing machine and fitted microwave

All have worked perfectly for all this time, apart from the dishwasher (used 2/3 times daily), which we've just replaced.

AVOID ALL CDA PRODUCTS LIKE THE PLAGUE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE, THEY SAY YOU GET A 5 YEAR GUARANTEE BUT IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON AS THERE ARE SO MANY GET OUT CLAUSES. WE WERE LUCKY WE MANAGED TO GET 1 MONTH OUT OF OUR COOKER HOOD BEFORE IT CAUGHT FIRE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE GUARANTEE. I WOULD NEVER DREAM OF DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AND URGE EVERYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING PURCHASING A CDA PRODUCT TO THINK AGAIN.

I purchased a washing machine from them two years ago and also a 5 year guarantee. The washing machine got louder and louder and eventually the ballbearings went. Tried to claim on my 5 year guarnatee only to be told that I didnt purchase one. After faxing them a copy of my agreement they miraculously found it. The engineer came and said the problem could be fixed but could take several days awaiting on parts only to be told by customer service that the machine was unrepairable but they could sell me another machine for £400. Why would I buy another one from them? I said I wanted a return of my 5 year extended guarantee only to be told I was only entitled to £25. Details currently with the OFT and the Financial Services Ombudsman.

If I knew what I knew now, I never would have touched them.

Had both of these built in items for less than 2 years both out of order, fridge door wont stay closed, and washer machine stopped working. Independent engineer out to look at both said if I can afford it replace them as not reliable brand.

having taken advice from our kithcen company to purchase all our integrated appliances from cda we have now realised it was the worst mistake we have ever made very poor quality BUILD,SEVERAL faults on different appliances including cracking of plastics in fridge and hinges on appliance doors going FAULTY. five year guarantee not worth the paper it is written ON. and if you need to purchase anything from them ie hinges for integrated door £120 and £66 for plastic bottle holder for the fridge it appalling but worst of all must be the customer service their staff are the most unhelpful rudest people i have ever ENCOUNTERED. my advice please stay clear i would not advice anyone to purcahse cda appliances they are total RUBBISH. we have replaced the freezer with another make after only 13 MONTHS!!!!!!!!
