If You Are Lucky, The Bpl Sanyo 165l Refrigerator
If you are lucky, the BPL Sanyo 165L refrigerator will run trouble-free during the warranty period. Unfortunately after the warranty period, the refrigerator has cooling related problems. Sanyo's after-sales service is very poor in terms of response and quality of service.

Bpl Has Terrible After Sales Service And Does Its
BPL has terrible after sales service and does its level best to not uphold its warranty promises. My frost free refrigerator's compressor went defective during warranty period and we had to run around just to get the service center to take it for repair (this took 5 days). Then after two weeks of constant chasing, with no refrigerator in sight, we were told that the service center had no spare compressors and so there was no telling when our refrigerator would be repaired. So in the hot month of august, we spent with no refrigerator. Even calls to the regional manager did not help and in fact the guy was extremely rude. The company does not want to even give a replacement fridge in the meantime to ease out our situation nor will it say when we can expect a repair. If its service center's do not carry the necessary parts for repair, then it begs the question - what service? This company is a complete liar when it comes to its claims of after sales service.
Now it is September and still no sign of our refrigerator. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT INTEND TO UPHOLD ITS WARRANTY AND IS A LIAR, SO BEWARE!!!
