Samsung RL39WBSW

Excellent product, very happy with it as my previous fridge freezer we had to defrost it all the time. Now, I don't need to worry as it's frost free, the food in the freezer keeps separate even when tightly packed together. I can select the best temperature for fridge and separately for freezer. I love the cool drinks dispenser, excellent during summer and so easy to clean. Ice cubes come out lovely straight into the ice box. Thank you Samsung!

Had this fridge freezer for over 4 years now and apart from the light having gone twice and replacement bulbs being very expensive, had no problems at all. Temperature holds well in both fridge and freezer, nothing has broken even with two teenage kids going in and out all day.

Had the FF for about 3 months and it started making weird noises so I moved it around a little bit as suggested in the manual. It has continued making different noises,whirring, freezing items in the fridge, then getting back to normal and something else happening for the last 5 years. Have had Samsung engineer twice and when he calls the noises have stopped. He nearly replaced the compressor once as the noise had stopped so he didn't. Replaced something else on next visit. Waited ages for each visit. Put freezer goods in a friends Freezer. Now out of guarantee, brought in the local domestic engineer who does not want to know. Various noises have started then stopped for a while and now the new noise is beeping about every 30 seconds as though the door is open all the time. Took the light bulb out to check it, that was alright, now have to tape up the light switch at the top to stop the bleeping. Took this matter up with the retailer and they wanted an engineers report. Rang Samsung and am waiting for them to call back.

The Samsung RL 39W BSW is the only fridge freezer I've ever owned with problems except for like 7 or 8 year old ones. This lasted 10 months so I would stay well clear.

If you buy one keep your tin cupboard well stocked and get in some powdered milk and plenty of food delivery menus. Like us, I'm pretty sure you will need them at some point!

Two door shelves have broken off my Samsung RL 39W BSW, also the ice cube maker and one of the salad drawers. Can I replace them? NO! Not anywhere. I will never ever buy a Samsung domestic appliance again. good but door shelves and the drawers are not built to last don't expect to be able to get many spare parts for this.

Samsung customer service were very unhelpful. The website shows different picture to the actual product.

The Samsung RL 39W BSW is cheaper than most but i have been unable to get service, warranty parts have been back ordered over 1 month. Still broken after 2 months.
