Haier WDQS015 Water Dispenser with Storage Compartment

Overall, a very good buy for its price. Puchased this model in September 2004 for an office with moderately high use. While we used 3 gallon bottles, we had no problem. We began using 5 gallon bottles about six months ago and started noticing stress fractures in the plastic top. We will have to now replace. We have had no other problems with this particular unit.

The water that comes out of the Haier WDQS015 Water Dispenser tastes like plastic. Customer Service offers you a solution that does not work. Trust me, I've tried it over and over and over, and I have exchanged it thinking that would fix the problem. Nope, my water still tastes like plastic.

The Haier WDQS015 Water Dispenser with Storage Compartment does not cool, cold water handle broke after 2 mos. Poor build quality, poor materials. Water trickles out of cooler. Takes over 15 seconds just to fill one glass. Customer Service useless. Complete waste of money. Stay away.
