This is the worst online experience I've ever had. I purchase the necklace on 4-29-17 for my wife for Mother's Day and paid 19.95 for express shipping which said 7 work days. It is 5-1217 and I get a notice that my shipment is on its way from Israel. DHL tracking say my delivery date is 5-17-17.
I've requested my money back, but I doubt if they will.
Worst experience I ever had.

I experienced the same thing as you do. I was planning to buy a name necklace for my girlfriend on 6-12-17 but the delivery date is 1-7-17. My girlfriend was so unhappy. I bought one for my mom as Christmas gift from another company. They delivery it on 10-4-17 and I got them on 10-14-17 which shocked me a lot. And their sales service is very nice.
