My husband bought me beautiful earrings that I could wear only few times because the pin broke.
I brought them back to the store and they said that the two years warranty was not covering it and that I have to wait 6-8 weeks to have a feedback!!!

The earings are way too heavy for the pin (bad engineering) and I have to pay again for their lack of quality?!? No way! They already cost over 1300 RM!!!
I'll bring the earrings to a normal jewellery store and I'll tell the guy how to weld the pin in ordre to fix the problem...
It's very disappointing the poor service that Thomas Soba offers and I can assure I am not the only one with this issue...
