“Dreadful new online banking system”

HSBC new online banking system is simply dreadful to use. Old system was simple and easy to use whereas the new one is very childish, very hard to use and quite simply not fit for purpose. Please can I simply have the old one back again??

Luckily I have only just been migrated to this new awful system and quite agree with all the comments. HSBC seem to think it is wonderful.
