I booked this hotel for my son an his fiance for a surprise as I knew that they were planning a sightseeing day into Glasgow as this was his fiance's first visit to Scotland from America. They are quite a shy couple and did not like to complain or offend the desk clerk who they said they could not understand. They dumped their bags and went out returning to head out to a concert.
