Let's start by saying we booked a 2 room suite for 3 nights (king and 2 double). When we went to check in we were told there were none and split our family into two separate rooms for the first night. The second night we were moved to a suite, but not as what we reserved, and our autistic son was not too happy having to sleep on a pull out couch!
We asked to talk to a manager upon checkout and was advised there were none on duty that day and was assured we would get a call the next day from one. Well, it has been weeks and no call. Additionally we asked that the room was to be charged to a different card than what was used for the reservation and that didn't happen either. We've reached out several times via phone to resolve, each time promised a call back from the manager, each time no call.
The facility was filthy and you would think they would pay more attention to cleanliness during the pandemic. Each day we passed the same coffee spill on the tile floor by the elevator., and there was no hand sanitizer to be found, even by the self-serve breakfast bar.
Even after contacting IHG Corporate we were assured contact within 48 hours, has been 5 days still no call. Avoid this place as if it was an infected person walking up to you without a mask!
Gave 1 star because no stars was not an option.
